Have you noticed that while excelling in the gym and achieving your desired aesthetics, you lack cardio and agility? Do you feel less functional and agile and wish to be more athletic? Do you want to become more overall fit by improving your strength as well as your endurance but don’t know how to start hybrid training? Then is this blog exactly what you’ve been looking for.
As a hybrid athlete for several years, I started my fitness journey when I was 15 years old and after a couple of years of lifting, I achieved the results I wanted. However, I didn’t feel like a complete athlete. Despite looking fit, I struggled with activities that demanded cardiovascular fitness. That’s when I decided to incorporate cardio, specifically running, due to its accessibility and having a background in the sport. My fascination with sports led me to study sports science at the University of Ghent, where I delved into how the body adapts to different types of training. I supplemented my studies with valuable insights from Dr. Huberman and much more content across the internet.
